Master Refund & Revision Policy

Due to the digital, custom nature of our creative services and the immediate technical labor involved, all sales on completed and delivered orders are final, and we do not offer cash refunds for delivered work. Once your order has been completed and delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded except as described below.

To make sure you're happy with your final images, every order is backed by a dedicated satisfaction process and a streamlined revision round - and if something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

1. GENERAL REVISION RULES (Applies to All Services)

Revision Limit: Every package tier across all services includes exactly one (1) free round of revisions.
Time Limit: All revision requests must be submitted within five (5) days of receiving your final delivered files. After five (5) days, the order is considered closed and approved.
Scope: Revisions must align with the original order instructions. Submitting entirely new base photos, changing text hooks, or requesting a completely different design style after work is completed will require a new purchase.

2. IF WE DON'T DELIVER

If we fail to deliver your order within the stated turnaround window (plus any agreed extension) without a valid reason, your remedy is a full refund or re-delivery of your order, at our discretion. This is the one exception to our no-refund policy - our goal is for you to always end up satisfied, one way or another.

3. IF WE DECLINE YOUR ORDER

If we decline or cancel your order under our Terms of Use (for example, because the request violates our Prohibited Uses policy) before production has begun, you will receive a full refund of that order.

4. REAL ESTATE PHOTO EDITING & VIRTUAL STAGING

Included: The single revision round covers adjustments to staging furniture, grass enhancement adjustments, sky replacement changes, or further item removal.

5. ACTOR CASTING & CHARACTER LOOKS (AI/DIGITAL ENHANCEMENTS)

Uploaded Images: This service requires images of you, the purchasing customer, only.
Likeness Disclaimer: Our character looks showcase casting range, wardrobe, and archetypes. While we optimize for maximum realism, digital modifications can alter minor facial nuances.
Included: The single revision round covers fine-tuning your likeness, altering clothing colors/styles, or tweaking backgrounds. We do not offer refunds if you dislike the creative interpretation of the archetype itself.

6. VIDEO THUMBNAIL DESIGN

Format & Delivery: All custom thumbnails are delivered strictly as flattened, high-resolution .JPG or .PNG images. Layered source files are not provided.
Included: The single revision round covers adjustments to text size, font colors, or asset placement based on your original checkout notes.

7. FILE ACCESS WINDOW

Delivered files remain accessible via your secure download link for sixty (60) days from delivery. Please download your files within this window - requests after expiration may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
